Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve strength and range of motion
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation techniques
Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy
Ability to use electronic medical records for documentation
Strong patient education and motivational skills
