Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans designed by Occupational Therapists to help patients regain independence
Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve daily living skills
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
Provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting, making a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California
Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
A passion for helping others and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in delivering occupational therapy interventions under supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control practices
