Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for patients
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and tidying rooms
Support patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
Skilled in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
Empathy and patience when caring for patients with diverse needs
