Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4-10 hour day shifts per week with rotating call

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff and physicians during endoscopic procedures, ensuring efficient operation of equipment
Disinfect and process endoscopic equipment, troubleshooting as needed
Set up procedure rooms and stock supplies
Transport patients and assist with dressing and ambulation
Apply EKG monitors, BP cuff, and pulse oximetry prior to procedures
Support high-level complex cases including ERCP, polypectomy, and dilations

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required
BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
Active Colorado Surgical Tech Registration (DORA) required
2 years of Endo experience required
Advanced case Endo experience highly preferred
SGNA and/or CER certification highly preferred

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopic equipment operation and troubleshooting
Sterilization and disinfection protocols
Patient transport and care assistance
Knowledge of GI procedures (ERCP, polypectomy, biopsies)
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
