Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Second shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with flexible scheduling including weekends as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Document care provided accurately and timely
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, personalized care

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident care
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and practices
Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Skill in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
