Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists to help patients regain independence
Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills and daily living
Document patient progress and communicate with the rehab team to adjust care plans
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California
Minimum 0 years of experience welcomed - new grads encouraged to apply!
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living training
Knowledge of rehabilitation documentation standards
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Proficient with electronic health records
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
