Location: Wausau, Wisconsin

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour NOC shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM; every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $59.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in vents, rehab, long-term care, and dementia care units
Perform suctioning, tube feedings, and wound care for ventilator-dependent patients
Float to all units including long-term care, rehab, and dementia care as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Active WI RN license required at time of submission
Current BLS certification from AHA
Must have Vent/Trach experience - this is a must
Ability to work NOC shifts and every other weekend/holiday

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and trach care
Wound care and tube feeding administration
Long-term care and rehabilitation nursing skills
Dementia care and patient advocacy
Team collaboration and adaptability
