Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in California
BLS certification from AHA preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic patient care procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
