Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance independence in daily activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Ohio (or compact eligible)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
Knowledge of OT modalities and therapeutic techniques
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
