Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NOC)

Hours per Week: 33

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
