Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and standards of care
Document according to standards of care
Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient plans of care in coordination with physicians
Participate in department performance improvement activities and shared governance

Qualifications

Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
TNCC or TNS certification preferred
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
