Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and care activities
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Educate patients and families about care plans and health maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the patient chart
Support admissions, discharges, and safe care transitions

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (PA) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained upon hire
Comfortable with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, compassionate approach to resident and patient care

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Vital sign assessment and basic patient monitoring
Wound care basics and infection control practices
Clinical documentation and electronic health record familiarity
Patient and family education with clear communication
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
