Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care within scope of practice as an LPN
Administer medications and document accurately, keeping patient safety first
Monitor patient status and report changes to RN/Provider promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and complete required documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education in a friendly, professional manner

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required where applicable)
Practical nursing diploma or completion of an accredited LPN program
Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on a care team

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic assessment skills and recognizing changes in patient condition
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Comfortable using electronic medical records for charting
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and provider orders
