Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform routine assessments and document patient status in the chart
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Assist with care planning and follow established protocols to ensure quality
Support infection control, safety protocols, and a clean care environment

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Clear, accurate documentation and charting
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Collaborative communication with patients and healthcare teams
