Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe nursing care to assigned patients with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and provider orders
Perform accurate patient assessments and document clinical findings clearly in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to coordinate timely patient care
Support patient and family education, promoting comfort and understanding
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to keep flow smooth

Qualifications

Valid LPN license for Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Previous LPN experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program and LPN credentialing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and observation skills
Comfortable with medication administration and documentation
Clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, and the care team
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and charting best practices
Basic wound care, vital signs assessment, and safe infection control practices
