Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to patients as directed
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
Monitor and document patient vitals, status changes, and progress
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to ensure smooth patient transitions
Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate and support their care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and direct care skills
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
Basic wound care, vital signs monitoring, and infection control principles
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
