Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support with daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while preserving patient dignity
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Accurately document care provided, observations, and any incidents
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver coordinated patient-centered care
Participate in orientation and any required training to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of New York (required)
Willingness to complete facility orientation (orientation is required)
Comfort providing hands-on patient care and working as part of a team
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned 8-hour shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safety practices
Infection prevention and proper hygiene procedures
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
