Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert critical care to adult and pediatric trauma patients over 15 years old
- Manage complex conditions including sepsis, stroke, ARDS, MODS, COPD, and cardiac arrest
- Titrate vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics with precision
- Monitor and interpret telemetry using Draeger heart monitoring systems
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma center
- Float to various inpatient units while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Critical thinking abilities and positive team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
- Must live outside the 50-mile radius and not be employed by CommonSpirit facilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and centralized monitoring
- Drip titration for vasopressors, paralytics, and sedation
- Equipment management including vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
- Lines and devices: CVPs, IABP, Impella, A-lines, Swans, ICP monitoring
- Hypothermia protocols and rapid transfusion systems
