Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU/CCU patients and their families
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition closely
• Administer medications and interventions per unit protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans
• Document patient care and clinical changes accurately and timely
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care continuity

Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license (required)
• ICU/CCU experience in a critical care environment (required)
• MAB certification — MUST HAVE for submission
• Float experience preferred (able to work across units as needed)
• Willing and able to work an 8-week travel contract assignment (36 hours/week)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong background in critical care nursing and ICU/CCU protocols
• Skilled in patient monitoring and rapid assessment in high-acuity settings
• Comfortable providing care across units when floating is needed
• Effective communicator and collaborator within multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented documentation and adherence to clinical policies
