Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours total

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Respond quickly and effectively to trauma, burns, and pediatric emergencies
- Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, mid-levels, and support staff
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with confidence
- Float between multiple ER locations while delivering consistent, excellent care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ATCN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 trauma center
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips
- Comfortable floating between multiple ER facilities
- Competent in sterile technique and common ER procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
