Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote function and independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Document progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and injury prevention
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to maintain clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in California (or eligible to obtain)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtain upon hire
• Relevant clinical experience; pediatric or outpatient experience a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy considered with appropriate licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in musculoskeletal and functional mobility assessment
• Proficiency with therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning abilities
• Ability to instruct patients and caregivers in safe home programs
• Comfort working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting
