Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
- Create personalized therapy plans that make a real difference

- Support residents in a welcoming skilled nursing environment
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in South Dakota
- Less than 1 year of experience welcome to apply
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable working in a rehab and long-term care setting
- Able to adapt therapy techniques to each resident's needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
