Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional growth
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- ICU nursing experience
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and best practices
