Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and charting
Assist with admissions, discharges, and smooth transitions of care

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure (ability to work in Pennsylvania)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and monitoring
Vital signs measurement and patient assessment
Electronic health record documentation
Infection control and safety practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
