Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and routine nursing tasks with professionalism
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform patient assessments and report changes to the care team promptly
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and allied staff to support patient care plans
Assist with ADLs, wound care and other clinical duties as assigned
Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure regulatory compliance
Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Proof of required immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
Comfortable with medication administration, basic assessments and charting
Previous clinical experience as an LPN preferred but new grads from accredited programs are welcome

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Comfort with electronic charting and basic documentation
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Excellent communication skills with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
