Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, focusing on safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Document care promptly and clearly in the patient record/EHR
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to coordinate patient care
Assist with procedures and support patient comfort and mobility
Participate in quality improvement efforts and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Wound care basics and infection control principles
Charting and familiarity with electronic health records
Time management and prioritization in clinical settings
Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
