Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and regularly assess their condition
Administer medications accurately and document all care in the chart
Monitor vital signs and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Assist with ADLs and promote resident dignity and independence
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Comfortable with medication administration and basic charting
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN / Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Effective communication with residents, families, and the care team
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Comfort using electronic medical records or willingness to learn
