IR Technologist - Interventional Radiology
Location: Los Angeles, California
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with on-call rotation (1-2 weekends per month, 30-minute response time)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures with precision and care
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment and assist physicians during complex cases
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout every procedure
- Collaborate with the IR team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system
Qualifications
- ARRT-VI certification required
- Current California Radiologic Technologist license
- Fluoro permit required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Interventional radiology procedures and techniques
- Fluoroscopy equipment operation
- Cerner electronic medical records system
- Patient safety protocols and sterile technique
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
