Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and patient status accurately
Assist nursing team with procedures and maintain a safe patient environment
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to support care plans
Document care and observations thoroughly and timely in patient records
Support patient mobility and fall prevention measures to promote safety

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active state nursing aide registry where applicable
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program and certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in basic patient care and activities of daily living
Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs and observations
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with patients and team
Good time management and ability to follow care plans
Familiarity with basic infection control and safety protocols
