Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient status, record vital signs, and escalate concerns promptly
• Document care and chart nursing assessments clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate safe handoffs and continuity of care
• Support patients and families with clear communication and respectful care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential
• Comfortable and available to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, high-quality bedside care
• Professional attitude, good communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and observation skills
• Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
• Accurate documentation and charting practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy overnight setting
• Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
