Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in OB and OR procedures as a skilled scrub tech
Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgeries
Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure patient safety
Float between OB and OR units as needed
Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision

Qualifications

Active Surgical Tech certification
OB and OR experience required
Ability to provide two supervisory references (one within 12 months and one within 3 years)
Willingness to work two of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile techniques
Experience in both OB and OR settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
