Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4x10 schedule with flexible patient scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their full potential
Provide outpatient therapy services with occasional support for acute inpatient needs
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy interventions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including pediatric PTAs and rehabilitation aides
Complete documentation and evaluations while maintaining excellent patient care standards

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Ability to work with diverse patient populations across developmental and orthopedic conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestone assessment
Outpatient therapy best practices and treatment planning
Patient evaluation and progress monitoring skills
Flexibility to adapt to both scheduled and occasional acute care needs
Strong communication and documentation abilities
