Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams
- Document progress and adjust treatments to help patients thrive
- Educate patients and families on strategies for success
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in an acute care facility
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
Knowledge & Skills
- Assessment and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Acute care experience and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Patient education and family communication
- Electronic documentation and care planning
