Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide meaningful occupational therapy services to patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries
Deliver personalized care across inpatient rehab, general medical floors, and outpatient clinics
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create impactful treatment plans
Support patients with diverse needs including ortho, neuro, pediatrics, and lymphedema
Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate, hands-on therapy

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with inpatient rehab, general medical, and sub-acute patient populations
Ability to work with spinal cord injuries, stroke recovery, and brain injury patients
Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday rotations
