Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required; 30-minute call response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care in a dynamic 4-suite OR with GI endoscopy
Assist with a variety of cases including robotic procedures, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, hernias, appendectomies, basic ortho, gyn, and podiatry
Collaborate with skilled OR techs and first assistants to ensure smooth case flow
Document accurately using Epic EMR and maintain patient safety standards
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled for evenings, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
Current BLS certification
Robot and GI experience preferred
Epic EMR experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong circulating nurse skills across multiple specialties
Comfortable with robotic and laparoscopic procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
