Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement (Saturday-Sunday days, Friday-Saturday nights) and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care for mothers and babies in our vibrant Birthing Center
Attend deliveries independently and circulate during C-sections with confidence
Assist with catching babies and transitioning newborns to ensure smooth starts
Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
Support high-risk pregnancies including preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use cases
Collaborate with our 24/7 OB team and anesthesia providers for seamless care
Function across labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby units as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience (1 year considered with strong travel history)
Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
No first-time travelers

Drip titration experience
