Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders using advanced therapeutic techniques
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator support to improve breathing
Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care strategies
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive pulmonary care

Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Utah
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment
Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
