Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10-hour shifts. Flexible schedule with self-scheduling.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care
Maintain documentation and patient records
Self-schedule patients and manage your own caseload

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in pediatric outpatient therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and common pediatric conditions (e.g., torticollis, autism, developmental delays)
Experience with outpatient therapy techniques
Ability to self-schedule and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
