Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and support electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance patient care
Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
Provide training and education to nursing staff on informatics tools and best practices
Analyze clinical data to identify trends and support evidence-based decision making
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska
Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
Knowledge of clinical workflow and nursing operations
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
