Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in outpatient orthopedic, acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care settings
Treat upper extremity conditions including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis and fractures
Collaborate with the therapy team and manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Support patients recovering from CVA, MS, head injury, and other neurological conditions

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
Current BLS certification required
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, specifically upper extremity therapy with shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Lymphedema training is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation protocols
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to adapt to different care settings (acute, rehab, outpatient)
