Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses with precision
Ensure accurate and timely results for patient care decisions
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following protocols
Adhere to strict safety and quality control standards
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide excellent patient outcomes
Specialize in blood bank procedures and transfusion medicine

Qualifications

Active California CLS or MLS license required
Minimum 3 years of recent clinical laboratory experience
Blood bank experience is a must
TB clearance within the past 12 months
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in clinical laboratory science and blood banking
Proficiency with laboratory information systems
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
