Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and their families
Assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely following protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and update care plans
Educate patients and caregivers about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Escalate changes in patient condition promptly to ensure timely interventions
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture by modeling professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS/PALS if applicable to unit
Ability to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care with strong clinical judgment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Prior acute care or relevant nursing experience is a plus

Education

ADN or BSN in Nursing preferred (BSN encouraged when possible)

Knowledge & Skills

Sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and electronic charting experience
Familiarity with patient-focused care and interdisciplinary teamwork
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient education skills
