Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care while maintaining dignity and respect
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Follow care plans and ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions
Collaborate with the care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (must meet Georgia/state requirements)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Previous experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside skills
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic documentation and charting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
