Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and escalate changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient care clearly and timely, keeping charts accurate and thorough
Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term health

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license — Pennsylvania licensure or compact privilege as applicable
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) encouraged depending on unit
Clinical experience caring for diverse patient populations is a plus
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid assessment and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs
Medication administration and IV therapy competencies
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient education abilities
