Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered Med/Surg nursing care
- Perform thorough assessments and communicate findings clearly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and coordinate care
- Document patient status and care interventions accurately and timely
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) — required
- Experience or background in Med/Surg nursing
- Comfortable and available to work 12-hour clinical shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Med/Surg clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborative mindset with clear clinical communication
- Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
