Location: Denver, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as required.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity nursing care to ICU patients across multiple facilities in Zone 3
Administer and titrate critical drips including pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
Manage ventilators and assist in troubleshooting respiratory needs
Interpret telemetry strips and respond to changes
Float to different units (ICU, PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele) as needed
Collaborate with charge nurses and RTs to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

2+ years of ICU experience (3+ years if first-time traveler)
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Epic experience preferred
Willingness to float across a 60-mile radius zone

Knowledge & Skills

Critical drips management
Ventilator management (vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high flow)
Telemetry strip interpretation
Ability to adapt to different facility protocols
Strong communication and teamwork skills
