Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM/PM, mid-shifts available, every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and pediatric emergencies
Manage ventilator patients and interpret dysrhythmias
Administer IV medications and drips such as pressors and sedation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level III trauma center
Triage and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment
Perform EKGs and monitor cardiac rhythms

Qualifications

Current RN license in Texas
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2 years of ER experience
Must pass advanced dysrhythmia test (83%)
First-time travelers welcome
