Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients promptly to prioritize lifesaving care
Deliver skilled emergency nursing, including IV therapy and medication administration
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate rapid care
Monitor patient status and intervene quickly when conditions change
Document patient care clearly and accurately to support continuity
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up

Qualifications

Current RN license or eligibility to obtain RN licensure in New Hampshire
Experience in Emergency Department (ED/ER) settings preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Triage and emergency patient assessment
Acute care interventions and rapid response procedures
IV starts, medication preparation and safe administration
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Basic familiarity with electronic health record documentation
