Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and treatment with purpose and empathy
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet meaningful goals
Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate great care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
Support a positive clinic culture by mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices

Qualifications

Current or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington state
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (licensure required to treat independently)
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Ability to pass credentialing and facility onboarding/orientation

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; completion of an accredited PT program required for licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Knowledge of patient evaluation, documentation, and outcome measurement
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and diagnoses
Good clinical decision-making and time management
Ability to collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and support staff
