Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered bedside care with professionalism and heart
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document according to policy
Perform timely patient assessments and report any changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain precise clinical documentation in the medical record
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Support and educate residents and families in a clear, respectful manner

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and delivering hands-on patient care
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Education

Diploma or certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care knowledge
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Charting and electronic health record familiarity
Infection control practices and safety procedures
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
